Though the original DLC for Fallout: New Vegas was exclusive to the Xbox 360 for a period of time, Bethesda previously revealed that all future content would appear on all three platforms simultaneously.
A post from senior producer Jason Bergman indicates that the next DLC is actually already done, but the developer has been waiting to complete a patch first. Bethesda has announced that a patch for Fallout: New Vegas is on the way to solve some fan requests, and to lay the groundwork for an upcoming downloadable content release.
